Refund Policy

AttunEQ — the WhatsApp-based AI parenting companion known as अन्वी — is a digital service delivered instantly and used over time. Because of how digital products work, our payments are generally final. This policy explains when that is the case, the limited exceptions where we will issue a refund, and how to reach us.

In short

Payments for AttunEQ are generally non-refundable. Once you purchase, you get immediate access to the service and our ongoing support.

We do refund genuine billing errors — such as a duplicate or accidental double payment. See Exceptions below.

1. A digital product

AttunEQ is a digital service. When you pay, you receive immediate access to अन्वी on WhatsApp — including conversational guidance and, where applicable, the 7-day Guided Intervention Plan. There is nothing to ship, return, or restock, and the value is delivered the moment your access begins.

For this reason, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that the service is made available to you immediately and you consent to that immediate delivery.

2. Support comes first

We would much rather solve a problem than process a refund. If something isn't working — a feature you expected, a payment that didn't unlock access, a conversation that went wrong — please tell us. Our support team will work with you to make it right.

Reach us any time at support@attuneq.ai and we will respond as quickly as we can. In most cases, a fix or an account adjustment resolves the issue faster than a refund would.

3. When we do issue refunds

We will review and, where verified, refund payments in the following limited circumstances:

Outside of these circumstances — including dissatisfaction with the guidance, a change of mind, lack of use, or expectations not matching the nature of an AI companion — payments remain non-refundable.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@attuneq.ai within 7 days of the charge and include:

We will acknowledge your request and let you know our decision, usually within 5–7 business days. We may ask for additional information to verify the charge before approving a refund.

5. How approved refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once processed on our side, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. We refund the amount we received; any third-party gateway or bank charges are outside our control.

6. Subscriptions and cancellation

If AttunEQ is offered to you as a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation stops the next charge; it does not, by itself, refund a charge already taken for the current billing period. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Duplicate or erroneous subscription charges are covered by the Exceptions above.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.

A note on fairness: we keep refunds tight because AttunEQ is delivered the moment you pay — but we never want a billing mistake to cost you. If you were charged twice or in error, write to us and we'll put it right.
